He regularly assists in job quoting, new job setup, health and safety and specializes in setting up and identifying equipment for contract operations.

Phoebe joined Rauch Industries in 2010 and has more than 33 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. As Production Manager, she oversees the daily work on all contracts performed at Rauch Industries. She assists in quoting new jobs and can provide current customers with up to date information on job status and scheduling.

Operations Manager

Kay has been with Rauch Industries since 1979. In her role as Operations Manager, Kay has her finger on the pulse of all things happening at Rauch. Her daily duties include handling all purchasing, shipping, receiving, quality control and ISO tracking activities.
